NICHOLAS JAMIESON ARCHITECT

Dulwich Kitchen

Our client’s kitchen was located in a gloomy flat-roofed side extension, separated by a wall from dining and living areas. We created a wide, light-filled family room by removing the wall between kitchen and dining room, replacing the kitchen roof with a rooflight, and providing a glazed double door between kitchen and garden. The colours of the shelving unit doors were taken from a Giorgio Morandi painting.
