We removed a conservatory at the side of our client’s Norfolk seaside house, and replaced it with a two-storey extension. It accommodated a living room at ground floor level, with a dressing room and bathroom above. We designed and obtained planning permission for the extension. Detail design and contract administration were carried out by a local surveyor.
